The state plans to arrest nearly 80 people accused of insurance fraud as part of a three-day sweep. The statewide round-up, dubbed ''Operation Spring Cleaning,'' is targeting a variety of schemes, including staged auto accidents, the sale of bogus insurance, submittal of fake prescriptions and the filing of fraudulent hurricane claims.
