Car salesman charged in alleged arson scam (Houston Chronicle)
An Humble car salesman was charged with arson Wednesday, accused of torching customers' cars and then selling them new vehicles paid for with the proceeds from their insurance claims. Tobias Zachery Green, 40, was arrested at his fiancee's apartment early Wednesday where authorities said he put up a brief struggle before being taken into custody.
